We all have chores right? I seem to have many and one of which includes preparing our house for Winter. We have indoor plants of the tropical variety that have been with us for over a decade. They thrive outdoors in summer months and come inside late October, every year seems a more monumental task. Yesterday I started pruning and getting them ready for winter indoors and they seem happy today. While cleaning one a frog jumped out, to my pleasant surprise. I caught it and put it out where I see frogs usually. We are lucky that although there is no body of water close to the house there is clearly enough moisture for them to thrive. I have spotted silvery grey tree frogs with bright yellow markings on their hind legs, and a green and brown variety, All princes just waiting.
So I tell all of this because now that the plant stuff is done I feel less bogged down and able to concentrate on making art.
