I’m trying to keep some new stressors in perspective and in spite of them yesterday turned around and was a good day. I made what will probably be a terrible painting but at least I got it out of the way. Backed up my phone which was an accomplishment and quite easy but seriously what the hell does it all mean, with over 18,000 images on my phone, wide eyed emoji. I try to delete duplicates but long overdue with that task as the big picture is too much. I have before and one day again will sit, select and delete, repeat and be empowered.

The two paintings below continue my explorations of abstract work with suggestions of pattern, have been added to my inventory. The top panting is 24”x18” the bottom is 12”x9”. In two days another Flat File Friday and the weeks just fly. So stay safe and enjoy!
